BanglarBhumi Mutation Application 2025 – Apply Online

Land mutation is important for any property or land in West Bengal state. Citizens can apply for land mutation online using the BanglarBhumiportal - Apply West Bengal Land Mutation. (also do land Conversion applications online)

Users can submit their application to Mutation for their property or land by paying some fixed fee to the government. After completing the submit the mutation form, users get an application number to check the land mutation status online.

Apply for Land Mutation in West Bengal

On the BanglarBhumi portal, start a new land mutation application. You have to follow a few Mazor steps to complete the application. Please follow the below steps:

Step 1. Visit BanglarBhumi Portal

Step 1.Open the BanglarBhumi portal: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/and login to your account.

Step 2. Open Citizen Services

Step 2.Go to the “Citizen Services”section and click on the “Online Application”option. Now click on the “Mutation Application”from the dropdown list.

Step 3. Open Mutation Application Form

Step 3.After opening the Mutation Application form, select District, Block, and Mouza details. Now you have to fill out 5 forms one by one:

1. Application Description and Buyer Details
2. Particulars of Transferor
3. List of Enclosures
4. Processing Fee Structure
5. Sop for Disposal of Mutation

Every form is important to complete the Mutation Application. Let’s know, fill out all forms.

Step 4. Application Description and Buyer Details

It’s a particulars of applicant form with the details of applicants like applicant type, Khatian and Mouza, name, address, mode of transfer, deed number, and other details.

After that, fill in the buyer's details like name, address, caste, Adhaar number, mobile number, and other details.

Step 5. Particulars of Transferor

In this Particulars of Transferor form, you have to fill the seller details of

• Full name
• guardian name
• Address
• plot number
• khatian number
• share area
• Land Classification Deed-wise
• Porpose of Mutation
• Mobile number

Click on the Add button to add seller details in the table and go to the next form.

Step 6. List of Enclosures

In the List of Enclosures section, you have to upload documents (the document must be in PDF format and maximum of 2 MB of size)

• Copy/copies of the registered deed.
• Copy/copies of legal heir certificate, hebanama, etc.
• Copy/copies of chain deeds.
• Copy of up-to-date rent receipt.
• Declaration in prescribed Form with court fee stamp of Rs. 10/-
• Duly signed application form
• Power of attorney
• Court case judgement/probate
• Will
• Death certificate or proof of death of ancestor
• Caste Certificate

Step 7. Processing Fee Structure

On this Processing Fee Structure section, you can know about the fees of mutation applications.

In this section, you can know the fee amount for rural and municipal areas and municipal areas within the KMDA Mutation application.

Step 8. Sop for Disposal of Mutation

The section of Sop for Disposal of Mutation provides some important information about mutation application. When you check all the details and fill out the Captcha code, submit the application to complete the application.

After completely filling out all forms, submit the application and pay the fee using net banking, counter payment, debit card, or SBI Epay. Please do not close the payment page until payment is done.

Submitting the mutation application, the applicant will receive the application number of the mutation. Users can check their mutation status using this application number.
